  • Logical order for presenting the elements on screen.
  • Simplified browsing system that does not use drop-down menus.

  • Keyboard access to main options.

Shortcut keys

Most browsers support the option for going directly to specific links by pressing certain combinations of keys (hotkeys) as defined on the website.

Por ejemplo, en Windows y Linux funciona pulsando Alt + tecla de acceso (en Internet Explorer hay que pulsar además la tecla intro); en Macintosh, funciona pulsando Ctrl + tecla de acceso.

For example, on Windows and Linux, they work by pressing Alt + hotkey (in Internet, users also have to press the Enter key); on Macintosh, they work by pressing Ctrl plus I hotkey.

The following hotkeys are available on our portal:

  • 0 Accessability
  • 1 Homepage
  • 2 Skip browsing
  • 4 General search engine
  • 6 Up
  • 8 Legal notice
  • 9 Contact

Most of the links whose text does not fully describe the target have title attributes with a clarification.

Where possible, the links are written in such a way that they make sense out of context. Certain browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx and Opera) can extract the list of links from the current page and allow the user to browse from the list. Bearing this in mind, the links are not duplicated and, if they are duplicated, it is because they point to the same content.

There are no JavaScript pseudo-links: All the links can be followed on any browser, even if JavaScript is disabled.
